We offer two plans: Free and Plus ($8/month). The Free plan includes basic features with one Alexa-enabled category, while the Plus plan allows multiple Alexa-enabled categories. Both plans include unlimited task creation, category sharing, and email support.

How do I share categories with others?

You can share any custom category (except the Inbox) by clicking the menu icon (⋮) next to the category name and selecting 'Share Category'. Enter the email address of the user you want to share with - note that they must have an existing Listee account. All shared users currently have full access to the category.

Do changes appear in real-time for shared categories?

Changes made by other users require a page refresh to be visible. When collaborating in shared categories, refresh your browser page to see the latest updates from other users.

How does Alexa integration work?

Listee can be used with Alexa using the phrase 'my list' (not 'Listee'). You can say 'Alexa, add [task] to my list' for quick additions, or start an interactive session with 'Alexa, open my list'. Free plan users can enable one category for Alexa, while Plus users can enable multiple categories.

How do I manage multiple tasks at once?

Use the edit mode by clicking the edit icon next to the task input field. You can then select multiple tasks and either move them to a different category or delete them in bulk. Exit edit mode by clicking the edit icon again.
